Nature of services

Astrological consultations and reports offered on this website are guidance based on Vedic astrological principles. They are intended to support your own judgement — not to replace professional medical, legal or financial advice. Decisions you make remain your own responsibility.

Appointments

Consultations take place over Google Meet at the scheduled time (shown in IST when booking). Please join on time; sessions cannot be extended if you join late. Rescheduling is free up to 24 hours before your appointment — contact us on WhatsApp to reschedule.

Poojas, Sevas & Homas

Poojas are performed on the published date at the published temple by Latha Jandhyala together with the listed priests. Prices are per person (sankalpam name). After payment we collect each participant's name, gotra and nakshatra on WhatsApp or email; please provide these at least 48 hours before the event. Where a live video link is offered, the link is shared before the event; minor changes to timings may occur due to temple schedules.

If you choose to attend in person, your presence at the temple is welcome, but all travel, accommodation, food and local expenses are entirely your own responsibility and are not part of the pooja price. Temple dress codes and rules apply. In the rare case a temple or authority reschedules an event, your order automatically carries over to the new date, or you may request a full refund.

Reports

Written reports are personally prepared and delivered by email within the stated delivery window after we receive complete and accurate birth details.

Accuracy of information

Charts depend entirely on the birth details you provide. Please verify your date, time and place of birth carefully — readings based on incorrect details cannot be re-done free of charge.

Payments

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and payable in advance through our payment partner Razorpay. See our Refund Policy for cancellation terms.
