What we collect
When you book a consultation or place an order we collect your name, email, phone number and — because it is essential to astrological work — your birth details (date, time and place of birth). For pooja orders we additionally collect each participant's name, gotra and nakshatra, used solely for the sankalpam during the ritual. Contact form messages are stored so we can respond to you.
How it is used
Your details are used solely to prepare your charts, deliver your consultation, report or pooja, schedule appointments in our calendar, ship prasadam where applicable, and communicate with you about your order. Appointment bookings create an event in our Google Calendar with your name and email so you receive the invite and Google Meet link. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card details. Video pages embed YouTube's privacy-enhanced player, which sets no cookies unless you play a video.
What we never do
We never sell, rent or share your personal information or birth details with third parties. Every consultation is strictly confidential.
