Cancellations and Refunds

We keep our cancellation policy simple and fair: every consultation, report and pooja involves personal preparation that begins soon after your order, so the timing of your request decides whether a refund is possible.

When can I cancel?

A request for cancellation or refund must be made before the horoscope analysis or consultation process has begun.

Once the horoscope analysis, preparation of the consultation report, or consultation process has commenced, the consultation fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. This is because every chart is prepared personally for you, the work cannot be reused or resold.

Consultations & horoscope analysis

If you cancel before your chart preparation has started, you receive a full refund. Since preparation usually begins well before the appointment, please send cancellation requests as early as possible.

Prefer not to lose your session? You may instead reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time, contact us on WhatsApp and we will move it to a slot that suits you.

If you miss your appointment without prior notice, the session fee is not refundable. If Latha Jandhyala ever needs to cancel a session, you will receive a full refund or a priority reschedule, your choice.

Written reports

Report orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before preparation of the report has begun. Once preparation has commenced or the report has been delivered, the fee is non-refundable, as each report is custom, personal work.

Poojas, Sevas & Homas

For poojas, sevas and homas, refunds are NOT possible once payment is made. Preparation may begin immediately on receiving your booking, and slots, materials, temple arrangements and priest commitments are planned according to the number of people who book. Once these commitments are made in your name, the booking cannot be cancelled or refunded.

You may, however, transfer your sankalpam to another person's name free of charge up to 48 hours before the event, share the new participant's details on WhatsApp.

If an event is rescheduled by the temple or organisers, your sankalpam automatically carries over to the new date. In the rare case an event is cancelled outright by the organisers and not rescheduled, all bookings are refunded in full. Travel or accommodation costs incurred by attendees are never reimbursable.

How refunds are processed

If a cancellation request is accepted and a refund is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 working days from the date of confirmation of the refund.

Refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment partner Razorpay. The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in the client's bank account may vary depending on the bank or payment service provider.

How to request a cancellation

Write to [email protected] or message us on WhatsApp (+91 88974 40088) with your order reference and the reason for cancellation. We confirm every request by reply, along with the refund decision and timeline.
